Steel Posts have many benefits: Longevity: Typically posts are the first structural component to wear in a wood fence. Steel posts solve that problem. Strength: PostMaster posts can handle more than double the usual maximum wind load on a fence. Warranty: PostMaster posts include a 20 year manufacturer's warranty. Wood has none. Cost of replacement: Years from now if the fence needs to be replaced it can be done without reposting. The savings will be substantial. Aluminum Panels weigh less and provide better rust resistance. Typical applications are large gates and fences near driveways where salt spray is a factor. They are available as an upgrade for most (but not all) fence styles. Ask your sales rep for details.
A double gate requires a Cane Bolt to keep the two leafs steady when the gate is closed.
A Walk-Through Gate is a pedestrian gate added to a larger chain link gate.
A Barbed Wire Topper adds extra security to any industrial gate.
Any chain link gate can be upgraded with a Cedar or Vinyl Mesh Replacement.
Fascia is the trim on the side of the deck between the deck boards and skirting. It can be Single, Double, Triple, or there can be none.
Skirting is the covering on the vertical sides of your deck. Skirting can be done with 1"x6" privacy fence boards, Victorian lattice, Georgian lattice, or there can be none.
The number of Steps up to your deck is determined by the height of the main flooring. Wood Steps should be a minimum of 4' wide.
Screw Piles are posts that are turned into the ground by machine as opposed to the usual digging and cementing process. They are a requirement for most deck permits.
A Diagonal Floor Board pattern adds elegance to any deck.
Built-Up Posts are standard 4x4 posts wrapped with 1x6 boards. It's a more substantial, decorative look.
Our Under-Fence Gap Protection covers up spaces at the bottom of the fence when there are changes in grade. The boards are stuck into the ground, not directly attached to the fence. This prevents the fence from heaving due to seasonal changes.
4' and 6' Maximum Wide Panels mean a stronger fence and the opportunity for less space between the bottom of the fence and the ground. It's very popular with pet-friendly families. Ask your sales rep for details.
