Sometimes customers ask us how they should clean their new Vinyl/PVC fence. We recommend that usually after the winter, it’s a good idea to give your fence a cleaning, especially because Vinyl/PVC usually comes in pretty bright colors. A lot of people buy white Vinyl/PVC, which is beautiful, but it does show dirt after the winter. So, we recommend cleaning it at least once a year.
You don’t need any specialized PVC products to clean it; a little bit of Vim with some hot water should do the trick. Give it a wipe down and then use your garden hose—everything should come right off. Since Vinyl/PVC is a smooth plastic, it’s easy to clean, and it will look brand-new right after. That’s the beauty of Vinyl/PVC.
