At Fence-All we’re in a bit of a transitional time right now, on multiple fronts. Soon the owners will be retiring and the next generation will be taking it over, since it is a family owned business. We’re always bringing new products and ideas to the table. It’s also an interesting time since some of our staff who have worked here for YEARS (Roger and Andre since 1981 & 1983) will be retiring soon, so we’re bringing in a younger generation who will hopefully ONE DAY be the Roger and Andre’s of Fence-All. Dan and Jonny for example, are young and looking forward to many years of fencing ahead. We’re at a time where the younger generation is learning as much as possible from their elders, in preparation for taking over things in the next few years. Change is scary, but it’s exciting!
