Hi, I’m Andrea.

If you’ve signed your contract with Fence All and you’re wondering when we’re going to get there to install your project, the best place to look is in your email. Once you’ve handed in the contract with Fence All, we send out a series of four “Welcome to Fence All” emails. These information emails contain a lot of important details, such as how to locate your property line, when to look out for locators coming to mark out the gas lines, and more.

In those emails, we also provide your estimated installation date. When you sign your contract, we estimate when we’ll be installing, but that date is just an estimate until it’s firmly scheduled. We can only schedule projects about a week beforehand because the schedule changes frequently throughout the month due to weather, digging conditions, project sizes, and other factors. Therefore, it’s impossible to give you a firm, concrete date far in advance.

Here’s how it works: You’ll receive the emails with your estimated date. For example, if your estimated date is July 10th, I will likely contact you around July 3rd or 5th to set up the firm exact installation date, which will be around the 10th (but not exactly on that date). Once I’ve scheduled the exact date, I’ll ensure it works for your schedule. If it doesn’t, we can pick another day.

That’s generally how the system works. If you’re wondering when we’re going to be installing, the best thing to do is check your emails, find your estimated date, and trust that we’ll contact you as soon as it’s set in stone and we have a firm date for you.
