Drilling through porcelain and ceramic tiles requires special tools and expertise.
For taller railings a Secondary Vinyl Rail can be added for extra safety and security on steps.
Larger Posts are often the perfect upgrade to complement the architecture of your home.
An Angle Mount is the answer when the angle between panels is more than a 90° corner.
Rails are Custom Bent, a helpful option when there are existing posts set back from the edge of steps as shown in the above diagram. Without the bend, the bottom rail would have to attach higher up on the post (see dotted red line) to clear the lip. The bend puts the system back in line.
The pickets nearest the posts extend through to the top rail and the rest of the pickets stop at the lower rail.
A full Lighting Kit includes a transformer, dimmer, and a choice of eight lights from the selection above.
The Wood Grain Top Rail is one of the most beautiful upgrades for a Royal Railing.
For taller railings a Secondary Vinyl Rail can be added for extra safety and security on steps.
Add a Standard, Classic, Grand or Royal topper in any of the colours available (Classic Teak is shown above). Pickets next to posts extend all the way to the topper.
Our Under Fence Gap Protection covers up spaces at the bottom of the fence where there are changes in grade.
The Add a Rail Upgrade increases the strength and durability of any iron fence.
The Puppy Fill upgrade keeps beloved pets in the yard.
Transition Panels are used to smooth out changes in fence heights in a manner that's pleasing to the eye. They are often used when the gate is a different height than the surrounding fence. The curve makes the change less abrupt than fencing of different heights attached to a single post.
A Removable Panel is the perfect upgrade if large equipment or vehicles need periodic access to your yard.
Iron fence panels are typically 8' long. If the length of a run of fence isn't evenly divisible by 8 a make-up panel will generally be needed at one end of the run. With the Even Panel Lengths Upgrade all the panels are the same length and there is no need for the make-up panel.
Any of our iron fences or railings can be built with custom Curved Panels. It’s one of the benefits of our extensive on-site shop facilities. A popular option for softening lines around gardens or around pools.
6' Wide Panels are narrower than the usual 8' and make for a stronger fence. They are available as an upgrade. Ask your sales rep for details.
Aluminum Panels weigh less and provide better rust resistance. Typical applications are large gates and fences near driveways where salt spray is a factor. They are available as an upgrade for most (but not all) fence styles. Ask your sales rep for details.
Wall Mount Brackets can be used to mount iron fence panels to any wall or post made of alternate materials.
Portable Fence Plates are the perfect solution for fencing off patios. They're typically used by restaurants and other businesses as opposed to the average home owner.
Get a free cedar post upgrade with any iron fence style.
Flower Basket Hangers are an attractive addition to any iron fence. Available in steel or aluminum, the size is typically 18"w (out from the fence) by 8"h. Ask your sales rep for details.
Screw Piles are posts that are turned into the ground by machine as opposed to the usual digging and cementing process. They are a requirement for most deck permits.
Bedrock Attachments may be required to install posts in unusually rocky conditions. Bars are welded to the piles and inserted into holes drilled in the bedrock.
