Steel Posts have many benefits: Longevity: Typically posts are the first structural component to wear in a wood fence. Steel posts solve that problem. Strength: PostMaster posts can handle more than double the usual maximum wind load on a fence. Warranty: PostMaster posts include a 20 year manufacturer's warranty. Wood has none. Steel Flower-Basket Hangers are a terrific accessory for any Ashton fence.
Our Under-Fence Gap Protection covers up spaces at the bottom of the fence when there are changes in grade. The boards are stuck into the ground, not directly attached to the fence. This prevents the fence from heaving due to seasonal changes.
The Heavy upgrade includes 5/4 x 6 fence boards on PostMaster steel posts. Ask your sales rep for details.
Semi-Privacy means the pickets are spaced 1/2" apart and the scenery on the other side of the fence is visible through the slots.
Dog-Eared Boards are regular boards with the corners cut off at the top for a more finished look. A Dog-Eared fence ages well because there is no curving or twisting at the corners.
Our Milled Post Upgrade is sometimes confused with our Cap Option. The difference: With milled, the cap shape is carved directly out of the post for a one piece assembly that has no seam.
Available in 6×6 and 8×8 sizes as well as wrapped, Larger Posts add to the look and increase the strength of the overall fence/gate system. Fluting is an ornate touch that can be added to wrapped posts.

Portable Fence Plates are the perfect solution for fencing off patios. They're typically used by restaurants and other businesses as opposed to the average home owner.
Flower Basket Hangers are an attractive addition to any iron fence. Available in steel or aluminum, the size is typically 18"w (out from the fence) by 8"h. Ask your sales rep for details.
The design uses a separate piece of wire to attach the line wire to the solid stay wire. The Square Knot is smooth to the touch and strong enough to resist animal impact. This knot gives extra vertical strength to withstand impact from larger animals, prevents buckling and sagging, and allows flexibility in the fence when installing.
T-Post Caps help to protect livestock and from the sharp ends of metal t-posts.
Standard Gripples are used to connect rolls of agricultural wire. The exposed view top left shows the mechanism at work: wires go in from either side and are locked in place. T-Gripples (on the right) are used to connect a cut wire roll to itself after winding it around a post.
