Of course! In fact it should set off alarm bells if you come across a company hesitant to give you one.

Do you send it by email or is it a hard copy?

We send the receipts by email. We’ve been trying to do our bit for the environment for some time now, and that means being as paperless as possible.

Having said that, we realize some folks aren’t comfortable with computers or don’t have an email address. If for those reasons or any other you prefer a hard copy, no problem, we’ll mail you one at no extra charge.


Whatever the format, make sure you put it in a place where you can find it for future reference. We’re known for our generous warranties, but we’re only able to fulfill them if the customer has a receipt for the job.
