For the crew’s arrival at your house, we have two appointment windows. The morning window means they will arrive sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. The afternoon window is between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
When we schedule the installation date with you, we’ll let you know whether you’re in the morning or afternoon timeframe, so you can plan your day accordingly.
Once again, the crew will arrive either between 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. or between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
