Yes! Some folks are tempted to say, “I need about x feet of a certain style, can you send someone out to measure while I’m at work?”
But even the simplest installation has its quirks. Where exactly is the fence going? Will that tree be an issue? Are we doing any removal? What may seem obvious to you might not be so clear to your salesperson, and you certainly don’t want them guessing.
We complete well over a thousand jobs a year. On the rare occasions when one goes sideways, communication is invariably the issue. So yes, we do require someone with decision-making authority to be on-site for the estimate. It ensures we’re all clear and on the same page right from the get-go.
