No. There are no hidden fees, and no one will try to sell you more after the contract is signed. We like to stick to the plan, and we know our customers do too.
The only reason the price would change is if the deck needs to be larger or smaller than originally planned. We would refund and/or charge accordingly, but you would approve these additional charges before we proceed. The most common scenario: an extra step is required that wasn’t included in the original plan. There would be a charge for it, subject to your approval. That being said, 99% of our projects do not incur additional fees.
It’s definitely better to get the price squared away beforehand.
