Hi, I’m Andrea from Fence-All. A question we frequently receive from customers is, “Are all vinyl fences privacy fences?”
It’s a great question, but the answer is no.
Many people think of vinyl fences as being privacy fences because the boards often slide together in a tongue-and-groove (T&G) system, making them fully private—perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. However, we offer a wide variety of vinyl fence styles, including non-privacy and semi-private options.
For example, our Bel Air style is a picket fence with spaces between each picket, offering a semi-private, see-through design. We also offer fences with lattice, jail bars, or scroll designs on top, which provide less privacy. Some styles, like the Rosemount, are entirely see-through. Additionally, we have ranch-style fences and other options that are not private at all.
So, while vinyl fences can make excellent privacy fences if you choose a private style, they are not exclusively privacy fences. There are many options available to suit your needs.
