Hi, I’m Andrea! Pool safety is something that we take very seriously and it’s something that comes up all the time. A main reason that people buy fences is because they have a pool and they need to keep their backyard safe. There are a few different scenarios on how this plays out if you’re wondering when we’re going to be arriving with the safety fence. When you’re signing your contract your salesperson will go over how the safety fence will play out depending on your specific situation.
If you have a pool and it’s already installed in your backyard then what will happen is the day that we start the fencing project we will bring safety fence with us. If we’re taking down your old fence then the backyard can’t be left open in the meantime between how long it takes us to build the fence. So what we’ll do is we’ll bring safety fence with us, we’ll start your project, and then every night we’ll set up the safety fence so that the backyard is completely safe.
If you’ve bought a fence from us because you’re having a pool installed in the future and you will in the future between when you’ve bought the fence from us and when we’re installing it are going to need safety fence (it does happen sometimes, they’ll start digging the pool and they’ll want to put up some temporary fencing) we do loan out safety fence that way too. What you can do is send me an email and you and I will coordinate when you need the safety fence delivered, when your pool people will need it, and just go from there. My email address is andrea@fenceall.com and make sure to always include your project number. That way I’ll know exactly who you are and we’ll coordinate from there. But otherwise we will take care of bringing the safety fence and taking it away with us once the project is done, because we do not leave backyards open. It’s not safe.
