Historically, vinyl railing prices have been higher than wood, but the COVID era saw some wild price swings. As of this writing, our vinyl railings are less expensive than our wood models.
There are also hidden values to vinyl: it comes with a lifetime warranty and requires no maintenance. Wood railings have a coveted classic look and blend in perfectly with decks made of the same material, but their lifespan does not compare to vinyl.
In short, it’s a terrific time to buy a vinyl railing.
Vinyl works well with wood and has a great long term value.
